The seller

Products on this store are sold by PingMeDoc HealthTech Private Limited (CIN U86201TN2024PTC173127, GSTIN 33AAPCP0361D1ZP), Survey No. 3/A7, Ground Floor, Vandalur to Kelambakkam Main Road, Kandigai, Chennai 600127, Tamil Nadu. "SkinPop" is a trading name of that company.

What we sell

This store sells consumer skincare and personal-care products. It does not sell medicines. Product descriptions are provided by manufacturers and distributors; images are indicative and packaging may vary. Nothing on this store is medical advice.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. A GST invoice is issued for every order. Payment is collected by Razorpay; we do not store card details. Cash on delivery, where offered, may carry a handling fee shown before you confirm.

If a price or stock error is discovered after you order, we will contact you to confirm, amend or cancel with a full refund.

Orders and delivery

An order is accepted when we dispatch it. Delivery, returns and refunds follow the policies linked below.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction. Consumers may also approach the National Consumer Helpline or the appropriate consumer commission.
