Where we deliver

We ship to every serviceable pincode in India through our courier partners. Cash on delivery is offered within Chennai for orders under the limit shown at checkout; everywhere else payment is online.

Timelines

Orders placed before 2 pm on a working day are packed the same day and usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. Chennai: 1–3 days after dispatch. Rest of Tamil Nadu and South India: 2–5 days. Rest of India: 4–8 days.

Festivals, strikes, weather and courier capacity can delay delivery; we will tell you if an order slips.

Heat-sensitive products

Creams, gels and serums are packed to avoid direct sun. In peak summer some items may ship with a cold pack; if a product arrives melted or separated, photograph it and tell us within 48 hours for a replacement.

Charges and tracking

The delivery fee, if any, is shown in the cart before payment and depends on pincode and parcel weight. You receive the courier name, AWB number and a tracking link on WhatsApp and email when the parcel leaves us.
