We collect only what an order needs, and we do not sell your data.
What we collect
Name, phone number, email and delivery address to fulfil your order; payment confirmation from Razorpay (never your card details); and the pages you visit, for analytics and to keep the store working.
How we use it
To process, deliver and support your order; to send order updates on WhatsApp, SMS and email; to issue GST invoices as the law requires; and, if you opt in, occasional offers. You can stop marketing messages at any time by replying STOP or emailing us.
Who we share it with
Courier partners (name, phone, address), Razorpay (payment), and the messaging and hosting providers that run the store. Each receives only what its job needs. We do not sell personal data.
Retention and your rights
Order and invoice records are kept for the period Indian tax and drug law requires. You may ask to see, correct or delete your data by writing to skinpop@pingmedoc.com; we respond within 30 days. This store is operated by PingMeDoc HealthTech Private Limited under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
