SkinPop Return & Refund Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Once your refund request is approved, we will credit the amount to your bank account within 5 working days.

Eligibility for Returns

• The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Process

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
